(QUINTE WEST, ON) – Quinte West OPP along with Quinte West Fire Department is currently on scene on County Rd 2 at Bolton Rd for a multi-vehicle car collision. County Rd 2 is closed and will remind closed in both directions for 2 to 3 hours.
Motorists are asked if they must travel to find an alternate route and to avoid County Rd 2 at Bolton Rd.
(QUINTE WEST, ON) – OPP officers from Northumberland are also on scene at a multiple vehicle collision on Highway 401 east bound between Brighton and Trenton.
The 401 is closed at Highway 30 and is being rerouted northbound to Highway 41 and then eastbound on 41 to Wooler Rd and then southbound to the 401. It is unknown how long the 401 will remain closed for.
OPP would like to remind motorist that if they must travel to take extra care.
