(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable Nicole Berger was conducting a RIDE program on Grattan Road. Jessica CLARK, 23 years of age of Renfrew was charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act. CLARK is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on 05 February 2014.
