(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) On February 15, 2014 Sgt Dwayne Sears and Auxiliary Constable Hild were conducting a RIDE program on Highway 60 in Algonquin Provincial Park. At approximately 11:00am Sgt Dwayne Sears arrested two males for Possession of Marihuana.
Mark BOUCHER, 38 years of age of Ajax and Anthony ROBERTS, 32 years of age of Peterborough were charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to Section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
They are scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on March 19, 2014.
