(PEMBROKE, ON) – Two Niagara Falls, Ontario men are facing charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) as the result of being found in possession of marihuana during a RIDE check by officers from the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in the City of Pembroke on July 25, 2015. Kallen Peter SKOWRONEK age 32, and Marcel Michal STERMOTIC age 23 are each charged with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana – contrary to the CDSA. STERMOTIC and SKOWRONEK were both released on an appearance notice with a future court date.
