(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday afternoon, December 27, 2015, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a R.I.D.E. spot check on Grey Rd. 16 at Concession 7 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs resulting in a number of violations.
Ronald Jeffery KOLBREATH, age 40, of Arran-ElderslieTownship was a passenger in a 2007 Mazda M31. He was charged with having an open container of liquor under the Liquor Licence Act.
Gary James ASHLEY, age 46, was operating a 2008 GMC pick-up truck. He was arrested and charged with being in possession of marihuana – under 30 grams and is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 11, 2016.
Jeffery Wayne MOLE, age 35, was operating a 2010 Kia vehicle. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor under the Liquor Licence Act and driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 22, 2016.
