(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were alerted about a possible impaired driver on Norwich Road in the County of Brant, on January 2, 2015.
At approximately 6:00 p.m. the officer located a 2002 Buick on Bishopsgate Road. The officer stopped the vehicle and while talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Richard ZOHR 55 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 30, 2015 to answer to the charge.
