(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver this morning just before 1:30am.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Chemong Road.
Richard WINDSOR (age 58) of The City of Kawartha Lakes ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 10, 2015.
