Richard Wayne BRAMHAM – Break In Instruments, Breach

(LAMBTON, ON) – On Monday January 23rd, 2017 the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a residence on Arthur Street, Village of Point Edward, ON. regarding a breach of a court order.

At just before 4:30 p.m., the Lambton County OPP were informed that a male party had attended a property in the 300 block of Arthur Street, Point Edward which was in breach of a current court order. OPP responded to the residence however the male party had left prior to police arrival. OPP were able locate the male a short time later at a residence in the 700 block of Ernest Street, Point Edward.

As a result of the investigation, 57 year old Richard Wayne BRAMHAM of Point Edward, ON was arrested and charged with:

Fail to Comply with Recognizance (4 counts)

Possession Break in Instruments

The accused will be held for a bail hearing at the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Tuesday January 24th, 2017.
