On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, the Toronto Police Service requested the public’s assistance locating a man wanted for assault on a woman and her infant son.
On Monday, December 15, 2014, at 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the Neilson Road and Sheppard Avenue East area.
Police believe Richard Russell is staying in Malvern. He is considered dangerous. If he is located, do not approach, call 9-1-1.
