(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Richard MARTIN is described as a male, 31 years of age, 6’0” (183 cm), 155 lbs (72 kg), with green eyes and short brown hair.
He is serving a 4 year sentence for Armed Robbery, Pointing a Firearm, and Possession of a Weapon.
The offender is known to frequent the London area.
NOTE PHOTO PROVIDED-MARTIN is now clean shaven, and cut his hair shorter.
