(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 50-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Highway 3, Courtland, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, November 28, 2016 at approximately 5:46 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting an assault in the parking lot of Titan Trailers.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that two (2) males became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation. During the incident, a windshield on a vehicle located in the parking lot was damaged.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 50-year-old Richard James FOLEY of Alymer, Ontario with mischief, assault and utter threats to cause death or bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
