(RUSSELL TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 5, 2015, at approximately 2:00pm, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Russell County detachment arrested a man in relation to a complaint of an Indecent Acts on the bike path in the Russell Township, ON.
As a result, 59-year-old Richard COURVILLE of Russell is charged with:
• Indecent act in a public place
• Being intoxicated in a public place
He was released on a Promise to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, L’Orignal, ON on December 9, 2015.
