(GUELPH-ERMAOSA TWP, ON) -On November 16, 2013 at approximately 12:09 a.m., officers from Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol and observed a 2001 Ford traveling eastbound on Wellington County 124 west of Wellington County Road 27, Guelph-Eramosa Twp. The driver was spoken with and showed signs of alcohol consumption. A Roadside Screening Device test was administered which resulted in a fail.
Richard CLUETT age 21 of Mono has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 10, 2013 to answer to the charge.
