(Napanee, ON)- On January 8, 2016 at 6 p.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Little Creek Road south of Napanee.
Upon arrival officers found two injured males outside of a Ford pick-up truck against the south guardrail. A female passenger was trapped inside.
The driver of the truck, 50 year-old Richard BROOKS of Napanee, was arrested and charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm.
All three injured parties were taken by ambulance to hospital where they were treated and released.
Brooks is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on February 9, 2016.
