(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit has charged a 39 year old male with a drug related offence after conducting an investigation at a Head Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, November 20, 2014 at approximately 6:05 p.m., members of the Street Crime Unit were on patrol in the area of Head Street North, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped by police and investigated.
As result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 39 year old Richard Blane GUILER of Norfolk County, Ontario with possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine and fail to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
