(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a fail to remain collision during the evening of March 19, 2015. Shortly before midnight, police were notified of damage to a hydro pole, on Muir Line near Substation Road in Norwich Township.
OPP attended the scene and discovered vehicle debris, and the hydro pole leaning on the wires and broken apart at the base of the pole which indicated a collision had occurred.
Through police investigation the male driver involved in the collision was identified. Rhiley INGALLS, 23 years old of Norwich, is charged with the following:
Careless Driving (Highway Traffic Act)
Fail to Remain (Highway Traffic Act)
Operate Motor Vehicle – No Insurance (Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act)
