(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A local resident returned home from vacation to discover that his house had been broken into and numerous items stolen.
On April 6, 2015 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of the break, enter and theft. Some of the items stolen from the residence were a television, DVD’s, and a portable drill.
A Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended the residence to assist with the investigation.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.ca and submitting an anonymous tip online.
