(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) – On Sunday April 05, 2015, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a St George St. residence in Mitchell as the homeowners discovered their home had been broken into.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 8 a.m. on Saturday April 04, 2015, and 7 p.m. on Sunday April 05, 2015, while the home-owners were away, an unknown person(s) gained entry into the residence by breaking a window. The person(s) searched through the home and stole a small amount of cash and a gift card.
The Perth County OPP is continuing their investigation into this break-in. They are requesting anyone with information about this incident to contact them at 1-888-310-1122.
