Reporting Suspicious Vehicles

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) On January 20, 2015, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Ivan Drive near Nairn Road. The vehicle has been observed in the area over the last few weeks.

Suspicious vehicles in residential and/or commercial areas may be involved in suspicious activity, or it may just be someone pulled over to use a cell phone.

The Middlesex County OPP appreciates citizens alerting their local police at the time the vehicle is observed in the area. If the information is reported immediately, police can attempt to locate the vehicle and/or suspects, while they may still be in the area.

The Middlesex County OPP reminds citizens to remain vigilant in recognizing suspicious people or vehicles in their communities. Suspect and vehicle descriptions, licence plate numbers, and direction of travel, all assist police in locating the suspicious vehicle and/or persons, and determining the reason they are in the area.
