(WEST PERTH, ON) –The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an 18-year-old female after police investigated an incident at a residence on Ontario Road in the Municipality of West Perth.
On Wednesday, January 18, 2017, shortly before 1:00 p.m., police received a report of a robbery. Perth County OPP officers, with the assistance of the Perth County OPP Crime Unit, commenced an investigation and determined that the allegations were unfounded.
As a result of investigation 18 year-old Samantha LUDWIG of West Perth has been charged with Public Mischief contrary to the Criminal Code. She is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on February 6, 2017.
