Repeat Offenders Charged In Drug Bust

(PEMBROKE, ON) – On March 31, 2016 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the OPP’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence in the City of Pembroke. Several people were arrested in the residence and various types of drugs were seized.

Robert Keith FORBES, age 52 of Pembroke, is charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Hydromorphone contrary to the CDSA. He was released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on May 03, 2016

Michael David James KOHOKO, age 33 of Pembroke, is charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) offences:

Fail to Comply with Probation

Fail to Comply with Recognizance

He was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke court on April 05, 2016

Nathaniel Mackenzie AMIKONS, age 28 of Pembroke, is charged with the following CDSA and CC offences:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine

Fail to Comply with Probation – 2 counts

He was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke court on April 08, 2016.

Donald David KINGSBURY, age 52 of Pembroke, is charged with the following CC and CDSA offences:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Gamma Hydroxybutyrate Acid (GHB)

Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Hydromorphone

Possession of Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana

Fail to Comply with Probation

He was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke court on April 05, 2016.
