On October 25, 2015 at 2:04 a.m., the Guelph Police went to MacDonell Street for a disturbance. It is alleged that two males stopped to check on the wellbeing of a female. As they walked away, another male struck one of them in the head with a bottle, then punched the second victim. Police attempted to arrest the male, when a female jumped on the back of one of the officers. Both the male and female were arrested. The male victim that had been struck with the bottle received a large laceration while the other male victim had a small cut.
Arizona Brown, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with assault, assault cause bodily harm and breach of probation. He will appear in court on October 26, 2015.
Tiffany Roberts, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with assault peace officer. She will appear in court on November 27, 2015.
