On October 23, 2015 at 2:48 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Norfolk Street after observing the vehicle being driven erratically. Police spoke with the male driver and he was then arrested.
James Mackenzie, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 6, 2015.
