On Wednesday July 20 th 2016 at 8:26 am, the Owen Sound Police Service and Ontario Provincial Police received several driving complaints in regards to driver of a vehicle included erratic driving, cutting-off motorists, unsafe U-turns and failing to stop for multiple red lights.
Police observed the vehicle eastbound in the 800 block of 10 th Street West Owen Sound and
stopped the vehicle.
The 33 year old man failed the field sobriety test, was arrested and will be charged with the following offences:
1) Impaired operation of a motor vehicle
2) Refuse drug analysis
3) Failing to comply with probation
He is to appear in bail court on Thursday July 21, 2016 at 10:00 am.
