(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On October 11th, 2016 at approximately 2:15 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of property from a business on 45th Street.
As a result of an extensive investigation by Police and with the assistance of the above business staff and the public an arrest in this crime was made. A further Police check of this person revealed that he failed to comply with a probation order he was under.
Charged with “Theft under $5000” and “Fail to comply with a probation order” is Richard A. SEIGEL 65 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is November 8th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
