(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH ON) – On May 3, 2018 at approximately 11:50 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a sedan on Brock Road South near Nicholas Beaver Road.
While speaking with the female driver officers discovered she was breaching a probation order so she was arrested. A search incident to arrest located drugs believed to be meth.
36-year-old Kelly Ann MCWHINNIE of Hamilton has been charged with the following:
Possession of Meth
Obstruct a Peace Officer
Fail to Comply with Probation order
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
Use plate not authorized for vehicle
She was held for bail.
