On November 3, 2013 at 7:28 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Waterloo Avenue. The male driver was spoken too and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. The male refused to provide the required breath sample and was subsequently arrested.
Carlos NAVARRETE MENJIVAR, 57 years of Guelph has been charged with refuse to provide a breath sample. He will appear in court on December 20, 2013.
