(COLLINGWOOD, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a male recently with possession of stolen Caterpillar construction equipment.
Police received information that a stolen Caterpillar skid steer and Caterpillar mini excavator were possibly in the Collingwood area. Investigation found that those items had been reported stolen several years ago and led police to the recovery of the equipment and arrest of a male.
Charged is 36 year-old Goran JAKOPCEVIC of Collingwood, he is facing two counts of possession of stolen property and is to appear in Collingwood court on the 20th of May 2014.
