Rash Of Thefts From Vehicles In Middlesex Continues

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – Property crimes continue to occur throughout Middlesex County. Avoid access by intruders. Lock your vehicles at all times. Remove or secure valuables out of sight, even when the vehicle is in the garage.

In Middlesex Centre, Ontario, a number of vehicles were left unlocked, and valuables were left inside:

Between approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 8, 2016, and 7:30 a.m. on June 9, 2016, culprit(s) attended a garage on St John’s Drive, and entered a silver sport utility vehicle (SUV). Electronics and business documents were stolen

Between approximately 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on June 9, 2016, culprit(s) entered a vehicle on parked at a residence on Harris Road, and stole a wallet and its contents

Between approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 10, 2016, and 6:00 a.m. on June 11, 2016, culprit(s) entered a brown car parked on Salisbury Drive. Business cards and a lottery ticket were stolen

Between approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 10, 2016, and 6:30 a.m. on June 11, 2016, culprit(s) accessed the interior of a white pickup truck, which was parked on Salisbury Drive. Business cards were stolen

Between approximately 4:00 p.m. on June 10, 2016, and 9:30 a.m. on June 11, 2016, a laptop and shoes were stolen from the interior of a vehicle parked at a residence on Delaware Street North

Between approximately 9:00 p.m. on June 10, 2016, and 9:30 a.m. on June 11, 2016, culprit(s) accessed the interior of a silver pickup truck parked in a residential driveway on Union Avenue. A credit card was stolen

Between approximately 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2016, culprit(s) entered a grey van parked at a residence on Simcoe Crescent. A wallet and its contents were stolen

Numerous property crimes were reported in Thames Centre, Ontario, between June 9, 2016, and June 11, 2016. Although many of the vehicles were locked, items of value were left inside the vehicles:

Between approximately 6:00 p.m. on June 9, 2016, and 8:00 a.m. on June 10, 2016, culprit(s) attended a property on Marion Street. They damaged a window on a silver pickup truck, and accessed the interior of the vehicle. A drill and its case were stolen

Between approximately 9:00 p.m. on June 9, 2016, and 6:00 a.m. on June 10, 2016, culprit(s) attended a property on Forest Grove Crescent, and damaged the lock on a truck. Power tools were stolen from inside the vehicle

Between approximately 9:00 p.m. on June 9, 2016, and 6:00 a.m. on June 10, 2016, culprit(s) attended a property on Clara Street. They damaged a lock on a white truck, accessed the interior, and stole power tools

In the early morning hours of June 10, 2016, culprit(s) damaged a window on a pickup truck which parked in a driveway on Elizabeth Drive. They entered the vehicle, and stole a radio and battery

In the early morning hours of June 10, 2016, culprit(s) attended a property on Village Gate Drive, and damaged a window on a parked vehicle. A drill was stolen from its interior

Between approximately 2:00 a.m. and 7:04 a.m. on June 10, 2016, culprit(s) stole a saw out of a white van, parked in a residential driveway on North Street

Between approximately 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on June 10, 2016, culprit(s) stole a drill out of the bed of a grey pickup truck, parked at a residence on Ross Street
