(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at approximately 4:54 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a motor vehicle collision on Hwy. 10 near Road 160 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
A 1998 Chevrolet CZ2 vehicle was stopped for a vehicle indicating a left turn into a private driveway on Hwy. 10 when it was struck from behind by a 2005 Toyota Echo.
The driver of the Toyota, 33-year old Randy SACHS of the Township of Chatsworth was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
There were no injuries reported.
