(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On June 27, 2018, at approximately 12:14 p.m. members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male at a residence on Stollery Place, Elliot Lake, Ontario in relation to a previous harassment complaint.
The complainant reported being previously harassed by a known male in a neighbourhood in Elliot Lake, Ontario. After police investigation, the male was arrested and charged.
Randolph (Randy) KUNZE, 34 years of age, from Elliot Lake, Ontario was charged with:
Criminal Harassment – Threatening Conduct, contrary to section 264(2)(d) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bail Court in Blind River on June 28, 2018.
