(THESSALON, ON) – On July 11, 2016, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information that a Thessalon male was not complying with the conditions of his recognizance. The male was on conditions to remain at a specified residence and not to consume alcohol. Police investigation determined he was not abiding by those conditions.
As a result, Randall Lee SENECAL, 31 years of age from Thessalon, Ontario was charged with:
Fail to Comply with Recognizance (X2), contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled for court on July 18, 2016 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
