(GUELPH, ON) – On Saturday August 3rd 2013, at approximately 1:39am, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers had set up a RIDE Program on Highway 6 and College Avenue in the City of Guelph. Police spoke to the male driver of a southbound 1999 Ford, and upon further investigation it was revealed that he had consumed alcohol.
Rade SMILJANIC, age 54 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on September 13, 2013 to answer to the charge.
