(ORILLIA, ON) – On January 22, 2015 at approximately 11:32 a.m. members of the Orillia Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Orillia Street Crime Unit, Central Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), Central Region Canine Unit and members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a warrant at an address on Millard Street in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant, police seized a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana, Cannabis Resin, and Oxycodone tablets.
Rachelle HOFFMAN, 22 years old of Orillia, was arrested and has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, and Possession of Property obtained by Crime.
She was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on March 17, 2015.
Joshua TEMPLE, 28 years old of Orillia, was also arrested and has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cannabis Resin, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Property obtained by Crime and Breach of Undertaking X 3.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Orillia on January 27, 2015.
