(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On January 3, 2014 at approximately 2:20 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E program on Highway 6 North near College Avenue, Guelph. A male driver entered the checkpoint which resulted in officers seizing marihuana.
Tyler YULE age 18 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 7, 2014 to answer to the charge.
