(CALEDON, ON) – Sometime after 9:30 pm on December 16th, 2014 and early this morning, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated 8 mischief complaints in the Valleywood area. The investigation has revealed that suspect(s) armed with pellet or a bb gun(s) caused damage to several windows at Herb Campbell Public School, several parked vehicles, bus shelters as well as moving vehicles in the Southfields Village area.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
Police are asking anyone with information about these mischiefs to contact Provincial Constable Nguyen, Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
