(Vankleek Hill, ON) On Tuesday April 1st, Constable Luc Côté of the Hawkesbury OPP conducted a foot patrol at the Vankleek Hill arena at 9:30 pm. When he arrived at the community hall on the second floor of the arena, he was informed about a female that was intoxicated and causing problems.
Constable Luc Côté warned the female about her conduct. The female continued to yell and disturb the other patrons of the hall. The woman was told to leave the premises which she refused.
Rachelle CHARLEBOIS (57 yrs) of Hawkesbury of Gladstone Street in Hawkesbury was arrested and charged under section 31(4) of the Liquor Licence Act for Being intoxicated in public place. She was also charged under the Trespass to Property Act with section 2(1)(b) for Fail to leave premises when directed.
She was later released.
