(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle after a member of the public called 911 to report a possible impaired driver, this morning just after 2:00am.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Highway 7 and the driver arrested.
George ROGERS (age 39) of Ajax, ON was charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 24, 2015.
