(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jehangir Balsara, 67 years old, of Ottawa. He left his residence in Kanata on the morning of November 4, 2013 driving a 2012 Honda Civic grey and brown, with an Ontario license plate BRCE 049. He never made it to his destination in the south end of Ottawa.
He is described as an East Indian male, 6’1†(185cm), heavier build, balding with salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a blue dress shirt with dark coloured pants and a blue windbreaker that has a sailboat logo over the left breast of the jacket.
