The Guelph Police Service is investigating a number of recent reports of indecent act performed by an unknown male in a vehicle. The incidents occurred between the 27th of October 2014 and the 5th of November 2014 in an area bordered by Gordon Street, Water Street, Edinburgh Road South and College Avenue.
The Person of interest is described as:
Male
White
Blond or light brown hair
Early 20’s
Vehicle Description: dark coloured vehicle, possibly four door.
On October 27, 2014 an unknown male driver described as white with blond hair, wearing a grey or light blue t-shirt got the attention of a 19-year-old female pedestrian. The male spoke to the female. The female realized that the male was exposing himself and she fled the area.
On November 5, 2014 an unknown male driver described as white, in his early 20s, average height, medium build, with light brown hair and scruff on his face, stopped two 22-year-old female pedestrians and engaged them in a conversation. They observed that the male was exposing himself and they fled the area.
On November 5, 2014 an unknown male driver described as white, in his 20s, light brown short hair, having no facial hair, and wearing a short sleeve dark t-shirt and blue jeans drove up to a 21-year-old female pedestrian and engaged her in a conversation. The female observed that the male was exposing himself and she left the area.
