(CALEDON, ON)- On November 16, 2013, a Marion Street property owner contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a theft of property from an unlocked garage. The home-owner reported that an unlocked rear garage door allowed the suspect(s) access to the garage. Once inside the garage, the suspect(s) stole a cross bow, a truck key, money, a black CD layer and a silver audio mixer from his pick-up truck. .
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
Police are asking anyone with information about this break and enter to contact Provincial Constable Hurley, Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
