(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a car on Highway #403 on 16 April 2016 at approximately 11: 35 p.m.
The 2012 silver Volkwagen was stopped by police and the 32-year-old driver Luis POSAS of The city of Brantford arrested and charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Driving with More than 80 mgs, of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b)
Driving While Ability Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a)
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
