(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a theft after police were contacted by a concerned citizen at a West Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Tuesday, November 11, 2014 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., an unknown suspect attended the Simcoe Mall and proceeded to remove a poppy donation box from the counter of Wrap It Up located in the food court. The donation box was subsequently located outside the mall by a concerned member of the public who returned it with the poppies however all the funds that were donated were taken.
