Polls Now Officially Closed For 27Oct2014 Election – Election Cost To Double – Council Does Exact Opposite Of What Public Wants

It is now official, Council has closed all the polling stations for
the 27Oct2014 election by passing by-law #75-2013.  Reeve Neil
Vincent and Councillor Ray Hallahan both stated that everyone they
talked to wanted to keep the traditional polling stations, so
council closed them and switched to Vote by Mail”.  Non
Elected Councillor Archie MacGowan and current CAO/Clerk Gary Long
have pushed “Vote by Mail” through council in record time.  If
