(EMBRUN, ON) –Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to thank the public for helping them to identify two male suspects in connection to the thefts from motor vehicles in the Rockland area.
On June 18th, 2016, Russell County (OPP) issued a news release with two male suspect photographs and requested help in identifying them.
Both male suspects were identified and one was arrested on Monday June 27, 2016. Skyler Boisclair, 22, of Ottawa has been charged with 39 charges from Theft Under $5000 from a motor vehicle, Mischief, Fraud Under $5000, Possession Property Obtained by Crime and Trespass at Night. He appeared in L’Orignal Court at 1023 King Street, in Champlain Township on Tuesday June 28, 2016.
The other male still has not been located.
The investigation is still ongoing.
