The Wingham Police station is going to be sold by North Huron council. The property and the 5,700 foot building will be given to whomever has the best secret bid/envelope in the eyes of council, I guess you just have to trust them.
If they sold it via MLS or auction it would cost their buddy 10X more. The revenue from a legit sale would have been more than enough to repair the Howson Dam since council wasted the $200,000 set aside for those repairs, all gone to buddies & studies. Of course the police station could be used for the museum, but then doug kuyvenhoven wouldnt be able to cash in.
