(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an incident after police were called to a Kent Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, November 24, 2014 at approximately 8:33 p.m., a lone female was standing on Peel Street at which time she approached several youths offering sexual favours in return for a package of cigarettes.
The female is described as white, approximately 60 years of age, short blond hair with pink streaks and was wearing a blue coloured coat with camouflage pajama bottoms.
The Norfolk County OPP is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
