(JOYCEVILLE, ON) – On December 25, 2013 at approximately 10:45am, staff at the minimum security facility, Pittsburgh Institution, located on Hwy 15, Kingston attempted to locate an inmate, Michael BIRD, 41 years, but could not.
The Penitentiary Squad is asking for the publics help in locating him.
He is described as:
Male
5’11
150lbs
Possibly wearing:
Green “institutional” parka with fluorescent stripes
Black hat
Grey gloves
