The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with a shooting investigation.
On Saturday, April 11, 2015, at approximately 5:20 a.m., police attended Weston Road and Northland Road for a shooting.
It is reported that:
– a group of men were walking outside after leaving an after-hours establishment called Captain Social Club, also known as Whispers Social Club
– a vehicle approached and discharged a firearm in the direction of the men
– a 20-year-old man in the group was shot
– the vehicle fled the area in an unknown direction
– the victim was taken to hospital
