North Division detectives are releasing the attached composite image of a male wanted in connection to an assault in Waterloo last evening and are appealing for any information that will help identify this person.
Synopsis: On October 3rd, 2013 at approximately 9:30 pm a 19 year old female was assaulted by an unknown male on Albert Street between Columbia Street West and Parkside Drive, Waterloo. The victim managed to escape and suffered no injuries. The suspect in this case is described as a male, tanned complexion, with salt and pepper hair, 30-40 years old, medium build. Police are reminding people to consider personal safety especially at night. When possible, travel with a friend and remain cognizant of your surroundings.
